Yes! A korean drama. One out of the 2 that i caught other than Jewel In the Palace
so i assure you it is damn good.
This Medical drama series tells the story of an aspiring doctor who suffers from a critical heart problem since young but foregoes the danger just to fulfill her passion to safe lives. She begins her residency programme by lying to her mum that she is going overseas to pursue another degree.
At the hospital drama builds up where she faces cases like getting infected by an Aids patient' blood, being attacked by a prison inmate and ofcourse romance as well.
So whats so special you say?
This is not the typical local medical drama where operation procedures are cleverly blocked by the actors.
Expect face on operation scenes, medical terms and lots of blood.
Do you know the tube where they stick it up someone's uretha when they can go to the toilet is called a foley?
Super interesting show.
Pls go catch it. Cause i think this is the 2nd encore already.

Oh and if you watch it in the original language that is korean, you will find alot of korean words have similar or exactly the same phonetic sound as chinese
Like heart operation in korean from what i heard is "shim~ zang shou shu~"
kinda funny when you hear it.
