do you believe?

Last week, one of my friend asked me a question that lingered on in my mind for quite some time.
Do you belive in fate and destiny?
This question stumpped me for a little while and after which, i think i've got a perfect answer to it.
I do belive in fate and destiny.
For example, i firmly believe that you can be in the right place at the right time and after which everything is a predeterminded course of events.
or vice versa, right place at the wrong time and everything goes opposite of what you expect.
Making a choice is a very good example.
Have you ever decided on turning left instead of right for example only to realise if what if you have never turned left, you wouldnt have met your best friend or your soulmate?
Likewise, if you have turned right, your life wouldnt be what is it now.
You may think in a manner and act in a manner because you were predetermined to do something that is being affected by the way you think and act.
In other words, you can think and ponder about a decision all day, but in the end, the answer is set in the stone of the future.
The answer and decision cannot change. So why do we spend so much time thinking about that decision?
Wouldnt it be the same answer if you decided in a blink of the eye?
Since the answer would be the same anyway?
Personally, i am a beliver or my gut and intuition and would never regret whatever decisions i have made in life and i cannot imagine what would have happened if i had done otherwise.

I am pretty amazed at how these situations and decisions i was in or i have taken have changed my life and i can never imagine what would have happened if not for that decision that i have made or that step that i have taken.
It still amazes me.
Life is pretty interesting in that way.
People often say "you write your own destiny".
But i think what you are doing is reinforcing the faint but prominent line drawn by destiny.
Don't you think so?
