i can hear it!

hear what you say?
the song is already ringing inside my head once more.
eh eh ole ole ole ah............(something like that la)

Survivor is back for another season and you dunno how excited i am right now
being the pioneer of all reality tv shows, you can see how successful this show is as it goes into its 17th season.
they have conquered china, africa, australia, thailand and even some tiny island in malaysia for its very first season apparently.
I can't wait
and for avid fans of the show, im sure you have noticed how the play of the game has been changing each season.
Each season the players are smarter, slyer, and tougher
the game has more twists with hidden immunity idols, switch of tribes and alliances
and even the host, jeff probst is getting wittier in his comments

i live for survivor i tell you
catch it first at 2pm tmr on channel 5
survivor gabon
i dunno what to expect
and i love it

the previous post was typed in a fit of anger
im generally nice and hence won't hold any sort of grudge against anyone.
but i really meant it when i was typing the post
not anymore.
Training tmr morning
lets wait and see

the second time

i am dumbstruck by the current situation now.
here i am sitting in my room on a saturday morning AGAIN, when i am supposed to be training
dont get me wrong.
I didnt wake up late, nor did i intentionally skipped training
IN FACT, i did go for training.
only to get sent home halfway through the journey AGAIN
i do not mean to complain or bear any grudges or anything but
FUCK YOU!!!
I am done with always waking up early to get ready for training only to get sent home halfway through my journey because it is rainning or theres lightning.

and to be reasonable, you cannot just cannot training an hr or less before it starts because not everyone in the team lives just a stone throw from the reservoir
I take a freaking an hr and a half to get there for god's sake
I'm srry but you all are a piece of crap
The system, programmes and captains are all dysfunct.
The raft between the girl's and guy's team is an obvious enough sign that something is seriously wrong.

I understand if you think that girls aren't able to catch up with the guy's speed and vigour in training. But even warm ups and cool down also has to be done sperately??
Where i come from i believe that a team guys or girls are ultimately as one.
i think im better off trying out canoe polo or dragon boating
but nooooooo
you all told me not to join.
and i listened cause i was so full of hope.
Now i cant change cca anymore, cause they probably formed the teams already.
ASS

Today was another day of disappointment as training is cancelled again due to the rain which stopped an hour before training even started(WTFFFFFFFFF)
training which was supposed to start at 9 got postponed to 10am by a msg sent at about 805?
so what were we supposed to do in the meantime?
Had breakfast with cheng wei while we waited only to get another msg at 915 while waiting for the bus to cancel the training all in all.
and to add on, the excuse to cancel training was damn lame
lightning.
the freaking sky is so bright and i dont see any lightning at all.

and its not the first time
I dont believe that the weather is the decider of out training schedule.
The rain will eventually stop and the lightning will stop striking (people like you)
so why cancel training?
AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME
argh!!!

im so pissed of right now.
you know why?
Its 1021 now.
and i just got a call from the girl's team captain asking me why i didnt turn up training today
cause the guy captain told me no training
and why dont you know?
cause they dun tell you nothing
and why?
cause the guys team and girls team are 2 freaking sepreate team and they dont tell each other anything

Stupid people pisses me off big time
Go away

a sporting affair

GO ROGER GO!
he finally made it to the finals again
tough year for him
Although i may not be at home watching you on cable, my spirit is with you!
WHOOP nadal's spanish ass.

Today marks the end of a hectic week.
Went for my first marathon ever last sunday.
Yes, the coveted Nike Plus Human 10k Race. All i can say i ran as fast as my legs could take me so no regrets about that. Didn't stop for water or anything. So proud of myself!!

went through school from monday to friday which went by in a blink of an eye.
School weeks are so short they seem to fly by and soon you know its friday again
Caleb says "it feels so fast cause you are enjoying yourself"
touche baby.
ppl from my PE class are huge fun to be around with cause they are so on and spontaneous, so my kinda people
PESS degree yr 1 damn terror!
our tagline

Probabaly the sucky part about this week was that i didnt get to go home at all due to netbal carnival that PESS is organising over the weekends
Secondary school girls streaming into NIE for the carnival brings back old memories of secondary school.
In fact, i even saw some familiar faces in the oraganised mess
The netballers from Damai sec, Mr cho, the netball coach Mr Bok who is still as loud as ever but pudgier.
Spent the whole days managing court 1 of the MPH, controlling the crowd, and playing with the walkie talkie.
Walkie-takie-ing is so fun especially when you're communicating with so many crappy ppl from PE. I was the girl with the kiddy voice! DO I HAVE A KIDDY VOICE??
i think i sound rather sexy in fact
haha

on a more serious note, the netball carnival gave me an insight into the netball world.
Having many friends doing and loving the sport, it was an eye opener to be managing and watching such a grand event.
However, im really surprised at how some of the coaches especially from the better teams are shouting at the girls from the sideline.
They shout when they make a mistake, they shout when they did well, they shout at everything.
and they shout really loud im telling you
In fact, they were giving them instructions, throughout the whole game.
I mean, if i were a coach, i would expect my students to be able to play their own game when it was the time for them to do so.
Even of they do not do the right thing all the time, it would still be a learning experience aint it?
But what puzzles is how this shouting phenomena seems to be uniform for alot of top notch teams.
As a PE teacher, is that what i want my future students to do?
To be task carrying my instructions on race/match day?
to be mere robots?
omg, too much introduction to PE

another week starts tmr!

ive got essays that are reaching deadlines.

Im gonna be busy.
